With over a quarter-century in the service industry, Troy Conner boasts a distinguished record in customer satisfaction. In roles ranging from account management to field sales representation, his expertise spans more than five years working alongside licensed general contractors. In his tenure, Troy has managed high-profile clientele, navigating demanding response times and high-stress scenarios. His primary objective? Facilitating seamless communication and easing the pressure for both his team and clients.
Troy’s commitment to industry engagement is evident through his affiliations. He has been an active member of the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association, a board member for the Ohio Trucking Association, and has been involved with numerous committees for the American Trucking Associations. In Florida, he’s been affiliated with multiple chapters of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, even serving on the board of the Hillsborough Chapter. Furthermore, he’s been a significant presence in various chapters of the Community Associations Institute, culminating in his presidency of the South Gulf Coast Chapter.
Professionally, Troy’s versatility has seen him branch out into various sectors. He’s delved into sales in domains such as trucking, pest management, geothermal heating & cooling, and restoration. Beyond this, he’s ventured into entrepreneurship as the owner and manager of an independent motel.
An alumnus of Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, Troy earned his bachelor’s in political science. In a testament to his ever-evolving knowledge base, he was recognized as an Associate Certified Entomologist by the Entomological Society of America in 2022.
Outside of his demanding career, Troy finds solace in cycling and SCUBA diving. He’s also deeply committed to his faith, actively serving in his church.
